1. Introduction Welcome to Reef Air. By accessing www.reefair.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Governing Law Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

4. Products and Services Reef Air sells fan filters and air quality products. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders and Payment Payment is required in full at checkout. All prices are in AUD including GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other methods shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery Orders dispatched within 2–5 business days. We are not liable for courier or customs delays. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refund Policy (30-Day Policy) We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty
  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days To initiate a return: support@reefair.com.au

8. Faulty or Damaged Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Privacy We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

10. Intellectual Property All content on www.reefair.com.au is owned by Reef Air and protected by copyright.

11. Limitation of Liability Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product(s), to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
